Our Help Desk service will be remotely implemented for all Cloud solutions, while for On-Premise solutions you will be able to request the intervention of a technician who will solve all your problems. The Remote Help Desk service for both solutions has an annual fixed cost of 199 € + VAT including one month per month. If more than one additional round is required for the 30 rounds, they will have a cost of 49 € + VAT. The Help Desk service is guaranteed: 5 days a week, 9am to 1pm, 2pm to 6pm. For On-Premise solutions you will be able to take local intervention if there are problems with the installed machines and in the event that the cost of the intervention will vary depending on the situation.
