Yoarchimail offers its users the ability to archive their mail! This is a service that is very different from the classic back-up. Archiving all your mailboxes & nbsp; allows you to perform real-time searches on the database without being obliged to restore your entire archive.
Our Client will allow you to integrate it into your mail system. Compatibility with most popular applications is guaranteed on both Windows and Mac and this will allow you to have a real-time archive of all your messages by continuing your normal routine activity. Our solution allows you to integrate archiving with Office 365, Exchange, and Google Apps without risk of losing information. The archiving service will guarantee you with a startup performed by our technician not to worry about performing particular implementations.
The email archiving service ensures that you are fully complying with the law of the PEC, but our Client will also allow you to manage all the other email boxes in your possession. This is guaranteed by full compatibility with IMAP and POP3 protocols.
Yoarchimail's storage system will allow you to manage your entire archive from any device, thanks to its Cloud connotation that unlocks it from physical media. Thanks to the possibility of consultation without the obligation to first restore the archive, you will be able to consult all your mailboxes, including smartphones and tablets.

The point we Yoarchimail want to put in the spotlight is the ability to offer our customers not to limit their business to a PEC or to a single mailbox, we sell utilities! User is a single use that can aggregate the storage of multiple mailboxes within their profile without any additional costs! Our service provides for a minimum purchase of 5 utilities at an annual cost of 249 euros + VAT. Utilities that will be purchased later or in addition to the five basic ones will be calculated according to the plan chosen for their business. All of our plans include a Stut-up cost that is set at 249 euros + VAT for the top five users. From the sixth user, the start-up cost will be equivalent to 4.99 Euros.
Our Help Desk service will be remotely implemented for all Cloud solutions, while for On-Premise solutions you will be able to request the intervention of a technician who will solve all your problems. The Remote Help Desk service for both solutions has an annual fixed cost of 199 € + VAT including one month per month. If more than one additional round is required for the 30 rounds, they will have a cost of 49 € + VAT. The Help Desk service is guaranteed: 5 days a week, 9am to 1pm, 2pm to 6pm. For On-Premise solutions you will be able to take local intervention if there are problems with the installed machines and in the event that the cost of the intervention will vary depending on the situation.

Legal Obligations in PEC Management

Article 16 of Legislative Decree 185/2008 converted by Law 2/2009 states that: - - new companies are required to declare the PEC address when registering in the business register; - - professionals will declare Within a year, the PEC address to their orders;
- existing companies will have to declare PEC address to the business register within three years; - all public administrations will have to declare their PEC address.
The Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 82/2005, amended and supplemented by Legislative Decree 235/2010), reaffirms the legal value of the Certified Electronic Mail as a telematic transmission tool.
The contents of the PEC must be kept in accordance with the legal validity of the document in case of litigation.
                                The Civil Code in Art. 2214 and 2220 provide for the obligation to store 10-year business correspondence, including email and certified mail.
Transmission may only be considered as a certified mail if the sender and recipient boxes are both certified e-mail boxes, otherwise the system may only provide some of the certification features (for example, no delivery receipt is provided) .
Certified Mail Managers are required to record all major events regarding the transmission for 30 months to be provided as evidence by the parties concerned.
Article 5 of Legislative Decree 179/2012, as amended by Legislative Decree 221/2012, stipulates that:
- The new individual companies entering the business register or the register of craft enterprises must notify at the enrollment Their PEC address;
- Individual Business Entities are required to submit their certified e-mail address to the Register of Competent Companies by 30/06/2013.
According to the regulations in force, it is not enough to have the traceability of mails that pass through your Certified Electronic Mail, most often filed by mail providers over 30 days.                                 The obligation as reported within the DPCM 3 DECEMBER 2013, in art. 3 is to store the mail messages integrally by making them well organized.
The PA, the company, the freelancer or the private owner of a PEC box shall be obliged to retain the Certified Electronic Mail and to report the possession of their PEC box to the competent bodies.
PEC is one of the key data that is required for a new company that is so compelled to report its mailbox to the appropriate entities. Penalties for fines ranging from 103 euro to 1,032 euro.
